How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings, tap Delete my data, and confirm. This removes your account and all associated data immediately, wipes local data on your device, and signs you out. If you can’t access the app, email us with the subject line “Delete my account” along with the anonymous user ID shown in your Settings screen.
How do I report a bug?
Email us with the steps to reproduce, the iOS version you’re running, and the iPhone model. Screen recordings help a lot.
Why does the app use YouTube?
PopEar is built around real English clips from YouTube, played through YouTube’s official iframe player. We don’t tell YouTube who you are, and you can read more about how data flows in our Privacy Policy.
My streak / saved sentences disappeared after reinstalling.
Your account is anchored to your iOS Keychain, which usually persists across reinstalls. If something looks wrong, email us with the date you noticed it. If your data was synced before the issue, we can usually help.
Can I use PopEar without an account?
Yes. PopEar uses anonymous accounts by default. You don’t have to sign in or provide any personal information.
